Did I read through this abortion of a thread correctly/ Now some of them are claiming Golovkin got stunned a few times and was forced to hold against Rubio? The usual hyperbole and hysteria over his defense is expected but now he is evidently resorting to holding for dear life due to getting hurt.

The entertainment value of these things is priceless....

I expected a lot more anti-GGG threads after his destruction of Rubio but , surprisingly there has not been that many. seems like only the biggest haters are stubbornly holding out.

I saw weakness on Golovkin too and its not the first time. I doubt Cotto can keep him off for 12 rounds if they ever do fight. Cotto is small and I doubt he will be able to hurt Golovkin. Canelo on the other hand I do see beating GGG. Yes, this fight will happen. Canelo has the speed to give him problems and Golovkin ain't that fast, he just hits hard.

I particularly enjoy the notion of Golovkin not responding well to get hit (like when he flattened Geale approximately 0.13 seconds after taking his best shot).

When you "reassess" a second-round crushing of an opponent to decide that the winner isn't actually any good, it just seems like you're desperately looking for any excuse to criticize him.

His mouth was wide open and his breathing looked labored by the 8th round of the Stevens fight.

The only "old" trick he's shown us so far is how to make a TOMATO CAN disappear. Its time for him to change the record...

Yet he still threw around 100 power punches that round. That doesn't really equate.
