Quillin is the best 160lb'er not named Golovkin or Cotto. Yet I haven't heard Golovkin's people making any noise about getting Quillin in the ring.

I can understand what you are trying to say.
I think MW, SMW and LHW seem very weak eras at the moment. Go back 8-10 years ago in all of them and they were very good.
Many were fooled by the S6 competition but if you break it down it is not strong and MWs last to Ring mag champs are former WWs, and with Cotto a LWW also
