and c'n how well Cotto performed...would anyone be interested in c'n a rematch with Pacman? And if so, do u think it will turn out differently?

Do you think that Arum would dare put Pac in the ring with Cotto again?

The Pac fight wasnt even close, Cotto was destroyed. What would Pac have to fear from a guy he utterly dominated? Cotto style obviously is better suited to fight Mayweather than it was against Pacquiao.

Same result, Cotto gets his ass whopped

Meh, if so, then it would have to be at 154, otherwise I wouldn't waste my time watching it.

  4. the *******s can claim the weight drain meant nothing....that cotto never said it bothered it him....whatever

id be interested in a rematch...at 154...no less....you claim to be a 154 world champ...then fight cotto at 154...id pay to see it for sure....somehow i dont think arum would be interested though

As the resident Cotto-hater, I have to admit he deserves consideration for a rematch.

He did seem a bit more suited to the elite level, although I think Floyd fought a stupid fight on purpose.

I do think Pac edges him out, but it wouldn't be a total domination.

If it was at 154 then yes I'd be interested in seeing it but Pacquiao won't take the fight there!

I think if Cotto trained like he for Mayweather and Diaz comes up with another good game plan then he could make it interesting.

    So I'd watch it!

  9. cotto now looks to have some stability/ real competence in his corner with diaz......cotto has always been a very good fighter......he was doing well against pac early when he boxed

id love to see it...at 154 only....id be real interested...like i said...i dont think arum would want anything to do with cotto....

If they fight at 150 or 154, Cotto will do better. However, he'll still lose decisively. Styilstically, he doesn't match up well with Pacquiao. I don't see Pacquiao fighting him above WW though, as it would be physically taxing fight where he wouldn't have much to gain.

Pac wont fight him at 150 or 154, so no.

Cotto has other more interesting options anyway.

Obviously alot to fear since he is not even considering going up to 154 to fight a guy he already dominated. That speaks volumes to me.

Either way Pac would beat him again just maybe not as dominate as the 1st time.

Absolutely! I think Cotto will put on a better showing but honestly don't think he has a chance to win. It won't be as dominating of a performance, at 154 or 147...BUT... I do think a clear victory for manny again. That fight was as good as the fight between Floyd and Miguel this past weekend...although I think given the fact that Floyd/Cotto was more compeitive I think the drama was better.
