Promoters are to boxing what the X Factor is to music and the Turner Prize is to art.

If there is corruption involved Is be looking towards the casino owners just as much as Arum. No one brings a money crowd to Vegas like Pacquiao.

I don't think its corruption though, just stupidity. I remember reading about a judge whose first fight was filling in as another judge pulled out. She admitted she didn't know **** bout boxing bit got a full time job out of it as a thank you for getting them out of a hole.

Judges last night should have been Cortez, Bayless and Jay Nady. Yes they make mistakes too but at least they understand the sport

Imagine how JMM must feel. :-( Nights like that make it tough to be a boxing fan sometimes!

    **** Boxing.

For every fight that makes you fall in love with the sport more like Angulo/Kirkland or Alvarado/Prescott on the UC, there some bull**** like the decision last night

He must be ****ing raging, he handled it really, really well but then he is full of class.

Millions lost in future earnings and robbed of another weight world title all because some ****s had decided who'd won before the fight had even started. Disgusting.

Pacman was meant to walk through JMM, people were shocked he could box and trade at his age and two weights above his natural one!

A great victory was taken from him, just because Pac landed and threw more does not mean he landed better shots.

Before you scream "corruption" consider how hard it has always been to win a points decision in Vegas or New York off the back foot and/ or counterpunching.

Pac was the aggressor, threw more punches and landed more punches. That seems to be what these judges are looking for.

    Don't shoot the messenger guys....;-)

I'm not saying its right mate, just saying that it not nessarcerily corruption.

Thats the way Yanks have scored fights for years. They love aggression, add to that more punches thrown and more punches landed by Pac then I'm not surprised he got the nod over there.

They should get them judges, put the fight on tv and ask them to explain how they scored it that way
