    I think your wrong. Any decent lawyer for Haye would use those incidents as evidence.

    don't get me wrong i do not pin the blame for this on haye, just can't stand the poser. he has no real love for boxing, just wants to **** the sport when he sees fit. like i say, deserves no respect.

    David's physical conduct can be divided into 3 categories:

    (1) The "glassing" of Del Boy: Chisora came at him, taking off his top layer for action and brandishing a microphone. So, the punch, even with the glass in hand, is defensible.

    (2) Exchanging with Charles: Easily defensible. Charles was coming at him.

    (3) Swinging the tripod: Not at all defensible. If this situation is reviewed and acted upon, this will be the item that will be a problem for David.
