Let's pay attention only to facts. The fact is that Pacqiao was first reluctant to agree to Mayweather's terms. Finally he agreed to all the terms couple of months back. Since then, Mayweather did not provide any explanation why he still refuses to fight Pacquiao.

I was 100% sure Mayweather would win this fight, but time works against him. The slower he gets, the more chance Pacquiao will have. Now I see this as a 55-45 % fight in favour of Money May.
