I don't think Burns ducked Broner he just became to big for 130 lbs. He even looks big as a 135 lbs fighter so it isn't hard to see how he would struggle to make 130 lbs.

i have always spoken highly about Demarco before Broner was even being considered an opponent. had him behinde Marquez after his comeback victory over Linares. if im not mistaken, arent fighters considered as good as their last couple of fights instead of their whole careers when it comes to being ranked?
