If the fight is close they will give it to Mares. He is more marketable and he'll be the first boxer developed by golden boy to became a champs. I see the fight as a close one but Mares is the Ward type of guy he will find a way to win. He will box or brawl or whatever to get the W even if the fight is close on the cards. That said I bet only on fights I have a very strong feeling and this is not one of them
