Brook just couldn't stand up to GGG's superior power. He started to get his skull bashed in and his corner had to save him :)

Really, I just happen to like Boxers and totally fall asleep if UFC or NASCAR is on.
Boxing is a diverse sport for a reason. Everyone likes different aspects of the sport.
Some like finesse, grace and skill, while others like Rock em/Sock em robot (ReSeRot) like fighters.
For example, I'm not surprised that a Golovkin Vs Brook total mismatch bout is talked about more on ESB than a high level, high skilled competitive bout like Charlo Vs Williams. There are just more Hockey/NASCAR/UFC fans who prefer ReSeRot bouts than there are fans of the sweet science.

    100%

And Charlo vs. Williams was a very, very good watch. I enjoyed it probably as much as any bout this year (spare for the "FOTY" caliber fights... and even considering some of them!), given my low expectations and little care going into the fight. Great skill and tension with big shots. They meshed well... Sheep will be sheep. "Golovkin vs. Brook, yee haw! Lets have the boys over and break out the brews for this schloberknocker!!! Don't forget, lets reference it and bring it up frequently for years to come on the forum. The Tale of Golovkin's Battle with the Brit. Yee haw!"

In a world of mediocrity, the path requiring the least skill to navigate is the one most used.

all it takes is one fight for a fighter to completely show his decline signs have been there for GGG the guy has fought since he little his style is aggressive he is no hopkins
Golovkin is now more human jacobs is fighting him at the best chance jacobs himself said he had no chance with him 2/3 year ago now he feels his ready and more important GGG has slowed down

    Ahhhh the "prep" thread

If GGG wins its impressive because he's declining

IF GGG loses it wasn't a surprise because he's declining

Most of the so called greatest fights of all time are some type of rock'em sockem robot ****. It's a tough sell to get people to use their brains. I found ggg's sneering and wild swinging because he's emotional about getting hit in the Brook fight to be embarrassing. Only a child would be impressed by that pathetic display.

Also this topic seems to be about preparing for ggg's downfall. If he loses no excuses.

Golovkin is getting older, so of course his skills are eroding. But are they eroding enough for the Brooks and Wades to take advantage of it. Doubtful.
Because his chin is weak, Jacobs best chance is to hurt Golovkin early and then keep him on the defence.
If Jacobs stops Golovkin it'll be because he did as against Quillin and catches him early.

I'm not giving him those excuses. He's supposed to be a killer and Jacobs is said to have no chance. If ggg loses and gets knocked out that's all on him.
