Aggression and hard punching is by far the most important part of scoring

You don't have to fight off the back foot to counter. I said it's easier to play the role of counter puncher than aggressor.

The aggressor opens himself up by throwing first usually. Once he throws his punch he's shot his load and the counter puncher can look for openings.

50 percent for aggression is a good starting point. Like I said anybody who has boxed before especially professionally knows what this is. It is combat. It is fighting. These guys can be enlightened hipster wannabes, but that isn't changing ****. Its combat.

Scoring is about landing clean punches, not necessarily hard punches.

Do you think a partially blocked, but hard punch should count more than a not as hard, but flush punch?

You probably think Trinidad beat ODLH then, because he was more aggressive, even though it wasn't effective.

There is such a thing as an aggressive counter-puncher. Tyson was in his prime.

Yes a guy who's loading up on his shots and landing hard punches deserves credit for that. Of course he does, this is combat.

if there is no aggression, both are counter punchers, both are dancers and money-making fraud, both are scared to get hurt, both are scared to lose, the referee is not doing his job, and there will be no fight that the paying fans got robbed.

It's not, stop trying to act like you know what you're talking about, it's pretty clear that the only boxing experience you have is from Punch Out.

Just because you like to dress in lingerie as well doesn't make ODLH a winner against Trinidad.

you're not supposed to score ineffective aggression or dock points because you don't like a boxer's style.

1st. Effective aggression is a scoring criteria. Not simply aggression.

    2nd. It's boxing. Not "fighting".
