    Right now, Kabayel doesn't bring much money without Turki involved, and the WBC interim isn't worth a whole lot with Usyk dragging his defenses out. And also because the WBC isn't that good at enforcing them.

    Any fighter who would be willing to take the risk for that mandatory shot is not going to be bring enough money for Kabayel to take the risk of fighting them when he already has the mandatory.
