Kabayel has had a disappointing career. I thought he'd kick off and become a genuine top 15ish contender after beating Chisora years ago but he seems content fighting once a year against domestic-level opponents. I guess he's just protecting his unbeaten record and waiting for Fury or Joshua to throw him a bone.

This is correct. Kabayel just waiting for a big money fight to cash out. That's the reason why he ducked Kossobutskiy so badly. He just wants to protect his 0 and get a big fight when Fury or AJ needs another get busy type of fight.

Kabayal should win handily and I can't wait to see him again next year.

poor fella can’t even get a fight as a cherrypicked opponent

Chisora has fought 26 times since Kabayel beat him

Smakici is a tougher opponent than you think, he will offer real resistance and maybe even knock out Kabayel...

I thought we’d get kabayal vs Pulev at some point but it seems the German boxing scene is dead

I really hope you're right, I want a good fight. Boxing as a whole is so good right now, but everything is like a month away. I need some entertainment now or I am going to explode.

Ha! I was actually thinking how many times he'd fought since big Derek. 12 times. Actually thought it would be more. Kabayel has had 5 I think

Agron Smakici managed to knock down Kabayel in the 2nd round, but after that he was exhausted and could not keep his guard, in the 3rd round Kabayel hit cleanly and Smakici was unable to defend himself, Kabayel wins by TKO...
