Yep, plus some diacritics (a sprinkling of ogoneks and kreskas ought to do) and of course a -ski to cap it off. Dąmijąncław Kńybąjreżkowski That's more like it.
I don't think it looks weird... It looks awful, and it isn't as out of character as it really should be. You're not seriously saying you think they were aiming for better? Having targeted Hysa first, then been most strongly linked with Yoka and now this... He's been after a low level continental European for a bumfight in Germany all along and let's not pretend otherwise. A Zhang rematch would be 10x the fight even though he's geriatric with all the movement of Michaelangelo's David... Heck, a Chisora rematch would be more interesting even though he's shot. And even rematching extremely overrated fighters like Makh or Sanchez would be less annoying than this. This is a very, very poor show.
This fight is kind of a landmine, Knyba is an unknown but he's undefeated, tall and has solid power...
Yeah ... i agree with you and absolutely do not like it . It looks kabayel wants to make sure its an easy prey without any risk. True
Or they'd already agreed to call each other out for attention, but never had any intention of fighting? Given Dubois isn't the one with a history of hiding, it's probably more likely that either Kabayel pulled out or that it was never a serious thing in the first place.
Can’t say this one has me excited on any level but I’m not mad at kabayel taking a keep busy fight at this point in his career.
Kynba has never really impressed me. Allegedly he had an injury which made it so he couldn't either put full power into some of his shots or couldn't turn his punches over right (can't remember) and he then got surgery which fixed the issue (why he was out for a year in 2023-2024). He's been active afterwards ill give him that. Would of been better to have Knyba vs Hysa and Kabayel vs someone in the top ten
Since both are warren fighters and dubois does what he is told by warren, I assume warren pulls the strings here. I also doubt Dubois pulled out very much
Kabayel's ''great'' run has been against an ancient Chinaman a clearly injured Frank Sanchez and a slow and cumbersome Russian who Dave Allen arguably won 4 rounds against. He's not as great as people are making out and his ''great'' run is far from stellar when you add context.
Probably at least twenty better fighters… and Kabayel could have fought a lot sooner rather than waiting a year he was going to fight someone unproven.
