50:50 fight I slighty favor Kabayel. IMO Kossobutskiy is still dangerous, I would like to see him against Arslanbek.
I didn't think much of Zhan before he lost to Ajagba, I think he has an even smaller chance of victory vs Kabayel who's movement will give him fits. Kabayel stops him.
Zhan isn't European. He's Central Asian. (feel like I keep having to point this out to a lot of posters regarding boxers from ex-Soviet bloc countries)
They're both kind of lazy fighters, but Kabayel at least has some power while Zhan just looks like he's having a light sparring session a lot of the time.
Kabayel will destroy him. Kossobutskiy could have been knocked out by Duhaupas at the end of his career, if he was not in divorce proceedings + he fought in one eye where he suffered from cataracts. Many have said that the Kazakh held back his punches, I don't believe it for a second everything that is Kazakh they don't like French peoples normally.I say because in all the boxing matches that I have seen the Kazakhs are at full strength when they face the French. So I don't think he held back.
Zhang Kossobutskiy is just a pure joke. There is nothing special about it to be so high in the ranking apart from the victory against Duhaupas which can be explained by all the points that I explained above. Zhang Kossobutskiy has no punch, he has no intelligence in a ring, he can be easily countered outside Kabayel is a counter specialist. In his last fight he was going to get a knockout. He surely has much less resistance than Rudenko who managed to hold the limit against the Chinese Zhilei Zhang in Monaco. And Zhang Kossobutskiy, has no footwork despite the physique of a Cruiserweight somewhat similar to Beibut Shumenov.
