becauas he fought the best version of Parker, that parker showed up with nothing to lose everything to gain... he threw as hard he could as often as he could.plus 10 per cent.

And still got beat down. AJ and Parker fought a tentative fight both with something to lose and they both confessed that.

Whyte fought best version of Chisora too and AJ. Fighters just get motivated as **** for Dillian.

Anyways, he will prove just how good he is soon enough.

Would be great if it happens the build up alone would be worth the price of the PPV. I mean Fury is hilarious and always entertaining and Whyte is a master at getting under someone's skin.

But I will be surprised if it happens. Fury doesn't need the fight to secure the Wilder fight and I have doubts that the WBC will really agree to make this for the Diamond belt as they have been pretty obvious in their desire to prevent Whyte getting a title shot. Not since the trails of Hercules has one man been made to jump through so many hoops and obstacles to get what he wants.

What exactly does this 'WBC Diamond belt' signify? Seems a bit like the magical, mythical lineal 'belt', that noone has ever seen except Fury and Warren as its all they ever ****ing talk about when in each others company or conversation.

Maybe it was the belt that held up Gandalfs britches, who knows. Anyway, onto the fight at hand. Should it take place, i actually think its a very good match up, especially given Whytes recent run of form. Whyte will definately come into the fight 100% prepared and motivated, can we say the same for Fury?

I would make Fury a 70/30 favourite but, Fury couldn't afford any slip ups or showboating ala the Wilder fight, as that left hook of Whytes is lethal

Best version of Parker ? Parker only took that fight because the offer of PPV money was too much to turn down , otherwise he would not have fought against so soon after the Joshua loss. Parker could have been more prepared , therefore it wasn't the best Parker.
He could win a rematch , but Whtye is always improving so it could go either way.

Because this is Boxing Ayd. Not football for eg where matches DO HAVE to take place and minds and politics can't change that. They have to happen regardless-- however, again...this is Boxing...unique in both good and bad ways. I respect your love and appreciation for Whyte, but think you are being naive and guilty of wishful thinking tbh. We aren't 'offended' by the term 'confirmed'...just unconvinced and unimpressed. If ever there was a ...'I'll believe it when I see it'.. sport.....its this one.

Embarassing turning down AJ and Wilder fights to fight Schwarz and now competely ruling out Whyte as a next opponent.

Calling Whyte a bum? He was calling Whyte a great fighter and the most improved HW in the dvision a couple of weeks ago. Fury is so full of crap.

People should surely know by now that you cannot take a word of what he says seriously.

Tyson Fury forever a walking talking contradiction.

Eddie Hearn said how this would go down and Fury wouldn't take a fight vs Whyte.

Prior to Fury's 3 year sabatical I was actually warming to him and rated him highly. The BS torrent was relatively minimal and he actually entertained on occasion but, since his return to the ring, it's a toss up between him and Wilder who the biggest tosser is.

Fury contradicts himself and slags off fellow professionals more than any other boxer I can remember and is constantly calling out the likes of Wilder and Joshua for not stepping up their opposition and then has the temerity to fight ****ing Tom Shart FFS!

If he is now genuinely flicking the finger to Whyte, I dread to think who his next opponent will be and surely Arum and ESPN will tire very quickly of this ludicrous level of pending mediocrity of potential opponents given how much they are purportedly paying him.
