Here goes a small profile of my countryman. Currently campaigning at light flywight and only 22 years old, Gauto seems to have all the tools to become an elite fighter. blindingly fast, skilled, punch variety and ,most important, one punch ko power. Last night he returned to activity after being sidelined due to covid restrictions against a good opponent in Harry Jurado, a former argentinian champion and cagey fighter who knows every trick in the book to frustrate and negate his opponents, he had never been hurt in his career but gauto demolished him in the first round without breaking a sweat. This content is protected IN his toughest test to date , he beat mexican prospect Jorge Orozco by wide decision, proving that he has the gas tank to keep a good work rate for 10 rounds and staying focused into landing combinatións instead of searching for the one punch ko even against a very dirty opponent, managing to outwork and outamaneuver orozco for the whole fight . This content is protected i think that in 2-3 fights against top 20 opposition he is ready to succesfully challenge for a world title, especially against soto, who his team is supposedly eyeing for a future fight down the line. there is nothing more for him to do at the national level so he needs to improve the opposition in order to avoid stalling but i think his next fight will be a step up against good opposition, he lost this year due to covid but at 22 he has lots of time to improve and develop as a fighter.
