Assuming he gets through tonight. Do you think eddie will get another can lined up or will it be a mandatory defense against Parker?

    Parker fighting end of July.

I think Parker himself doesn't feel ready for Josh.

Maybe another Brezeale / Martin esque type opponent and then move toward someone like Haye. Plently choice out there for him.

Believe the Parker mandatory isn't due until 2017 but I would get him in there with Parker at the end of this year, Parker only going to get better and you could argue parkers last win is better than anyone Aj has fought. Be a decent fight still fancy Aj inside four rounds though.

So Joshua went 7 rounds against Dillian Whyte who was injured and generally not the same level as Parker, AJ hasn't fought anyone like Takam (who Parker beat on an off night) and somehow Parker won't make it past 4.

    Interesting logic.

    Styles make fights.

History has shown us that better boxers have sometimes taken longer to get a certain opponent out than a lesser boxer. Doesn't make the lesser boxer better because he did it quicker does it?

No, Haye is going to fight Briggs in October.

Not sure which direction Joshua will go. I suspect it will be another American, he has the deal with Showtime and is trying to break into the US market. So maybe Andy Ruiz or Eric Molina.

He might also go straight for Wilder but I doubt it, he's still pretty green and may want more experience before unification.

That has often been my point when people say Parker doesn't often finish fights as quick as Joshua. People seem to think Joshua will steamroll Parker who is undefeated and beaten a legit top ten opponent in a legit fight. Not saying Parker would win or any thing, just think people should stop selling him so short.

Wilder is way to risky, eddie can milk many more millions before he needs wilder fury or haye. Unfortunately.

I'd love to see him in with Szpilka but that won't happen either.
A good way to promote AJ would be for joshua to knock out one of wilders opponents quicker than wilder did.
Casuals will get a massive hard on over it

I'd imagine Parker's side will want another interim fight before they schedule up for a December/January fight? Something like that maybe.

Most likely next opponent for Joshua:
    -Dereck Chisora
    -Eric Molina
    -Malik Scott
    -Johann Duhaupas

And that makes sense. I suppose I wouldn't mind a Glazkov or Stiverne fight either, really.

Bottom line is it's slim pickings. If it isn't Fury, Wladimir, Wilder, or Povetkin he'd be fighting, then they're all more or less the same quality.

Chisora is shot, AJ wants to be avoiding him, he offers nothing. Fury and haye have already demolished him along with Pulev recently, I think whyte and chisora are already in talks??

Hearn said he'll struggle to sell a fight if he's fighting a fat guy.
I don't rate joshua massively high but I think he walks through all named mentioned above.

His only tests are gonna be

    Fury
    Klitschko
    Haye
    Wilder
    Ortiz
    Parker

I can't see a fight with any of those, I think eddie is gonna struggle to sell AJ's next fight with people like glazkov, molina, duhapas, scott
