Finkel declining meetings with them but he can't keep running, Sources stating AJ and Hearn are going to be ringside for Wilder/Fury to confront them on December 1st. Should be fireworks!

No offense but what sources? Dont get me wrong id love for them to be there although there is a strong chance Finkel would ban them from the venue.

Here's the facts if you are objective: AJ has the better resume. Wilder has been protected through his career up until the Ortiz fight. Heck, I thought Ortiz was gonna take a dive. HOWEVER, it's not even up for debate anymore, team AJ are ducking the Wilder fight. I'll provide just a fraction of the reasons below.

    1. It started off with Hearn using Whyte as a blocker. Wilder agreed to fight Whyte as long as it was in the contract that he would be AJ's next opponent. Hearn declined.

    2. AJ was on video saying give me 50 million tomorrow and I'll accept it. He got is wish and came out with some crap about having the fight in the uk for the fans despite them conning the fans with stubhub. The money was real as acknowledged by Adam Smith and Eddie Hearn despite his backtracking.

    3. Eddie has came forward with ridiculous flat fees which realistically make up about 10-20% of the pot. Joseph Parker received 32.5%. A deliberate lowball offer. According to Barry, the fight is worth 70mil (it's more than that but let's play along) so yeah, that's just a touch over 20% for Wilder

    4. Team Wilder called their bluff and accepted the offer for a fight in September 2018. Hearn sent a contract without a date, and when public pressure was put on, he resent the contract with a date for April 2019!

    5. Now Hearn is putting a ridiculous blocker by saying the fight needs to be negotiated before Wilder Fury on December 1st. This is partly because he knows Wilder's value will increase tremendously if and when he knocks out Fury.

This doesn't include all the other things like Barry Hearn admitting that he doesn't want the fight and was astonished that Shelly Finkel wanted it next. Eddie Hearn on Thaboxingvoice slipping up and confirming that Whyte is next for AJ. Joshua himself saying on video (Oct 2017) that he doesn't mind if the fight doesn't happen next year, the year after, or the year after that. Eddie who always says AJ is the boss, admitted that AJ would prefer Whyte over Wilder. Then we have people like Froch as diplomatically as he can admitting that Rob McCracken doesn't fancy the Wilder fight. And all the choice words and little coded sentences that Hearn & co are using. Whyte 2 is next at Wembley, and that was the plan all along.

AJ's poll comment is going to backfire tremendously as Whyte received 5% of the votes. A PR disaster that only came about because AJ panicked when the crowd screamed Wilder when he asked who they wanted next. It's a blatant duck.

People make up stuff all the time on here, and you get suckers buying it eg the thread two weeks ago about Khan saying he would knock out GGG.

The thread starter has just made this up out of thin air. A quick Google search and going on to Twitter to type in 'Wilder Hearn Ringside' will show that there's been no such rumours. Very sad.

Just curious: Why didn't Wilder show up ringside at AJ vs. Povetkin?

You make it sound so simple. Even if that was the case, which it really really isnt, that means Joshua gets 50 million. So what so ****ing special about Wilders offer of 50 Million? Which by the way was not a real offer. That offer came with not only no date of venue it came with no details of anything else what so ever, no contract, no draught contract, not even anything scribbled on a scrap of paper and Finkel slammed the door on Hearn when he wanted to ask about it. It was a big call but it came with no substance what so ever, it was a desperate call to catch Hearn and Joshua out.

Your first point is moot because they know Wilder's team aren't going to accept a ludicrous offer that is equivalent of 10-15%.

The facts are, Joshua said if he received an offer of 50 million dollars then he would accept the fight tomorrow. He got offered it, regardless or not if Sky Sports get to show it, he got what he asked for and an hilarious damage control operation ensued which included Adam Smith saying Joshua said 'pounds' when he's on video saying 'dollars', and Eddie running around contradicting himself saying one minute the offer is real, and next thing saying it isn't.

Feel free to address my other points made. What about Hearn not letting Wilder get a guaranteed shot at AJ if he beat Whyte? I'll get the IFL link if you want.

Arreola, Stiverne and Nichols will be ringside as well, but only for the buffet they are serving before the fight.

To be fair to Eddie Hearn when they got the 50mil offer he asked where the funds had came from.

Warren later announced he was working with Finkel over getting BT Sports to provide and take the rights for the show - so you could constitute that as a duck.

My take is that they are both in on it and that they will make the fight either late next year or 2019, trying to milk as much money out of it as possible

Phenomenal post. Maximum kudos to you. This is the first time there's been a clear description of what's happened, and that includes in the press.

    Cheers!

He was probably banned and has more important things to worry about like the Fury fight. Deontay's come to the realisation that he's not short enough nor fat enough to be in AJs plans as AJs next opponents will be Whyte, Kownacki then Miller.

Show me where AJ said 50 million ‘dollars’???

People are conveniently forgetting that 50 million POUNDS is 66 million DOLLARS.

Wilder should ban them just like Eddie and Joshua did when he wanted to attend the Parker fight.
