Right now I would still pick Vic....but give Bazooka some time. He is going to be PHENOMINAL!!!

Definately one of my favorite young fighters.

banal for me... matured a lot as a fighter.

knows how to pace himself, modest to good defense, packs an accurate power punch and throws good combos, etc..

Darchinyan's power is too much at this young stage.

I agree! Give AJ three more years and he'll KO Darch.
If they fight now, Darch will win

AJ can KO Darch now. AJ has a Good defense & Can punch in any angle. He's like the more Powerful & faster version of Penalosa. AJ is a sure thing.

aj has never been punched that hard. his jaw is untested. i wish their management does not make the same mistake with boomboom. he was fed to the lions way early.

aj is a good young kid with potential. he should be brought up slowly.

Explain why AJ KO's Darchinyan w/o all these "he matured" statements. Right now Darchinyan turns AJ into manure, no offense but this is the truth. He is really getting overrated round these parts.

Fact of the matter is he doesn't have the style to really give Darchinyan the fits. He will try to fight fire with fire, and he will get knocked out in the process.

you obviously dont know **** about Banal and havent seen Vic's last performance

Superflyweight is too big for Vic he got hurt and Knockdown from a featherfisted Gorres.

Banal has been destroying everyone they put in front of him and these guys they are putting in with him arent exactly bums.

he needs some more mid-profile fights. He might get too excited just like Bautista. He looks promising, and there is no need to rush.

Exactly. But what a punch!!! His fight with PDL was actually a toss-up on paper since both are very much hittable and crude. Fortunately for DPL, he was the one who was able to connect first. That is just how boxing is. Because if it was the other way around (which is not an unusual scenario considering that they were both throwing at each other with no regards to defense, it could have been DPL at the canvas too)

Boom boom is still chinny and with mediocre defense. You can not change that even with great trainers. When the tough gets going, boxers usually revert to their natural instinct (watch DPL vs. Penalosa)and that would probably hinder him from attaining greatness. But I will predict that he will one day have a belt despite this limitation.
