Because wlad didn't throw much against fury he will do the same again. Are aj fans backwards ? Do they not think a man like Wlad can't adjust his approach ? What kind of logic is that ? I'm British but these type of fans are embarrassing and when Wlad knocks out aj many will stop following aj all together.
your thread needs some context. you are obviously referring to what someone has posted . will the fight be the same of course not. fury used tactics joshua simply does not have. it was like a game of call my bluff. joshua needs a gameplan / wlad will as well whoever estanlishes there jab IMO will be the winner. josjua has decolped a decent jab in his last few fights / wlad has a great jab and has a great diguised left hook that he starts off showing his opponent it and then turns it into the hook.
There's nothing to adjust. He isn't fighting Fury again. It's a completely different kind of fight. People are too caught up on Joshua's power though. Wlad has beat plenty of guys with more than enough power to ice his chin. He isn't afraid of that. Wlad hadn't however, fought any big men who could move like Fury. Wlad didn't throw against Fury because he couldn't throw without getting hit back. That doesn't apply to Joshua.
Um Wlad isn't afraid to get knocked out? I guess that is why he grabs and holds and avoided fighting big time punches for years after Sanders and company knocked him out. Fury running from him wasn't unique. Fury is a bum. Wlad is a passive aggressive fighter now. He looks bad against pretty much anybody who isn't short, slow, and has a bad chin.
Every boxer is afraid of getting knocked out. But since you have problems with reading comprehension I guess I'll expand on that simple sentence. Wlad isn't afraid of fighters who have power. He fought and dominated several fighters with more power than Sanders after his loss. That in itself is a direct dismissal of your claim. Wlad has a weak chin. Nobody is going to dispute that. Wlad fights to protect his chin. Nobody is going to dispute that. What Wlad is really afraid of is fighters landing on his chin. Joshua can have the power of superman but that isn't going to change the fact that Fury is the only fighter Wlad has ever faced that could land at will on Joshua's chin after he altered his style to be more defensive and safety oriented. Wlad was nervy against Fury and it resulted in a reluctance from him to throw punches, because he appeared to be consicious of Tysons reach and power from very early on in the fight: AJ has reach, power, more skill and much more varied shot selection.....he wont get knocked out!!
