I think this is actually a great idea. It's very much like Chris Eubank's "Sky World Tour" in the early/mid-90s. He was pretty gun-shy too but carried himself through a series of relatively dull decision wins - until the wheels came off against Steve Collins. Joshua could do something similar against the Miller, Hunter, Zhang types on their home turf (hell, throw in Lucas Browne for the DAZN Australia fans) and avoid any real danger as long as he wants to. Make his vulnerability a strength - can he keep the (currently 1-fight) unbeaten streak going? It'll never happen but I'd probably keep watching in the hope of the Collins moment. And you can just see AJ being psyched out by someone like Collins too...
I can see it now, Joshua v Zhang at the Bird's Nest Joshua v McKean at the MCG Joshua v Fujimoto at Tokyo Dome Hmm... Zhang could be dangerous. Maybe he should start with Fujimoto
Hmm I feel like there was some other threads started today that were discussing Mr Joshua...& have now disappeared. How odd...
All threads started making such accusations with no official source and just based on heresy have and will always rightly be swiftly removed. There were two threads and the first one made clearly stated it was based on nonsense from Twitter so that could have stayed to be honest. The other was completely slanderous and defamatory in my opinion.
Why would that make December a likely fight date? That doesn't make sense to me. Quite a few comments regarding his nose, is he having surgery on it? I didn't notice, but apparently it was bleeding before the Franklin fight even started.
Line of chang before the fight caused his nose to bleed and fail a test. Put that on twitter somebody.
AJ had problems with his nose. It was clear to see after the first round where the blood was flowing.
If Joshua actually failed a drugs test, why would he post on social media that he will not be fighting until December, especially without giving a clear-cut reason like having surgery. It is nonsense.
See the Whyte/Benn play books, Muddy the waters as much as possible, make the entire thing as confusing as possible. I doubt he has popped, more because I can't imagine their team would get their system wrong
