It looked like he was upset with the decision on some broner hood knows I beat that boy **** while also trying to act like a nice guy to Usyk. Really weird
Damn never saw this, couldn't hear what they were saying when they were shown on the telecast, well now you know.
Best I can tell, AJ was trying to get across that the judges gave the fight to Usyk out of sympathy for Ukraine being invaded. He wrapped himself in the Ukraine flag to say ‘Usyk wrapped himself in the flag to make himself a sympathetic character, if I had done the same thing they’d have judged it honestly and awarded the decision to me.’ Beyond delusional.
This content is protected AJ makes Wilder look like a balanced, well adjusted sportsman. I have to admit, I was shocked by his entitled, self centered, incoherent, completely classless rant. AJ will go down in history as a punk becaise if his big mouth. Real champions accept victory and defeat with grace and class. Joshua is not a true champion. Looking forward to his “explanation” and excuses about how much pressure he was under. The usual suspects will eat it up like gravy regardless of how implausible it is. It’s a shame because his behavior took the attention away from his performance. AJ fought a good fight, better than the first one and was beaten by a better fighter. No shame in that. His reaction in the ring was cringy and shameful and overshadowed any positives he earned in the ring. AJ is a walking definition of a PUNK.
No Lomachenko was telling AJ he boxed well but an emotional AJ is saying “**** that **** because good boxing did not win him the fight”.
No need for any explanation. He lost. He was pissed off and he should be pissed off. He should not be happy to lose.
But do you understand what good sportsmanship is, Olu? What self-control is? What being a sore loser is?
Yes, AJ is saying that Usyk didn’t outbox him — that politics (as in sympathy for Ukraine won Usyk the fight because he doesn’t believe that he actually lost int her ing.
You are like the many enablers patting AJ on the back after he made a fool out of himself at the mic after the fight. You know, when he threw the belts out of the ring and made it all about himself. That was not his time, he should have walked away like a champion does in defeat. Honestly, I felt bad for AJ. He fought his best fight and had nothing to be ashamed of in the ring. I don’t know what he could have done differently. He was well trained and had the right game plan. He had the small slippery ring with loose ropes to help him, an opponent who was potentially distracted by his war torn homeland, corrupt judges on his side not to mention massive physical advantages. Someone needed to pull him out of there before he showed his true colors after the fight. Sore loser. Yes-men like you helped make this happen. Now we get to see the spin doctors go to work and make more excuses for the guy. He earned all of the negative comments and the title of immature, hateful punk. Can you imagine a champ like Ali or Lenox Lewis doing something like that? Me neither.
