He just beat the uncrowned WBC Champion, as we all know Ngannou beated Fury. Ngannou trashed Fury, make him run from the building, and not even do the post fight press. Even when Ngannou was KO out cold, and was super late in the night, literally next day morning, he still attended the press. Fury run from it, and goes on hidding. Fury lost that fight, and everyone knows it. Should we even mention the 2 point intentional elbow, that referee somehow missed? Or the not given KD in the 7th round to safe Fury face? AJ should been the WBC Champion right now. But it's not just the Ngannou win. It's the Parker win once again. And Parker is not even best name on AJ resume. Parker resume currently is one of the best in the division. Hell Parker > Wilder resume all day long, twice on Sunday. Hell, Povetkin resume was way better than Wilder. Hell even Whyte resume is better than Wilder's. Should i even continue? I'm wondering where is all of the AJ haters on here, who just few months ago were claiming that WIlder has better resume than AJ?
He is still here using all kind of different alts. And man i love Parker so much. This guy deserve so much respect, it's unreal. It's so bad that some people just look at win/loses of fighters, and not appreciate guys like Parker. Absolutely true warrior with great skill set, huge heart, very tough, and just like AJ always looks to improve. I'm so happy for him, and actually so sad with the s**** contract that have rematch clause. This should be banned like 5 years ago. Such rematch clauses is one of the reason i'm taking away boxing from my go to sport. As well as cheating, bad decision, etc, but rematch clause and promoters is one of the main reasons. I will prolly full stop watching with Usyk, Parker, AJ being gone. Parker - AJ should be IBF title fight. I would have said Hrgovic deserve the shot, but he bottles it again, by ducking the offer from Turki to fight on the card, and he was even give a huge list of opponents, and he decide to sit on his mandatory. If IBF have any sense they will remove him from that mandatory, and give it to Parker. For me currently the most deserving title contender is Parker.
But I disagree with you that Ngannou should've been WBC champion. Ngannou is not even close to top-10, he'd lose badly to Dubois, Bakoele, Parker, Zhang, Ruiz Jr etc. He couldn't have fought for the title based on simple fact that he had no pro fights, let alone wins. It's how awful Fury's performance was, not how good Ngannou is
He could lose badly even to Szpilka, but that's irrelevant. He beat Fury, that's the point. He was robbed. There was also uncalled elbow, which should have been 2 point deduction, and not given KD in the 7th round. Doesn't matter if Ngannou lose to every single boxer in the top 100, he still beat Fury, and it was Fury problem if he was in a great shape or not.
The winner in May is the best Heavyweight with the best resume Just because fury performed badly, doesn't make Ngannou anything hot. Chisor and whyte would smash him tomorrow May 18th we have a new king and it isn't Aj. With his current trend of opponents,he will be fighting Jake Paul/mike Tyson next lol
