AJ showing Fury the value of staying in shape all year round rather than getting drunk and eating garbage 9 months a year and only training 5-6 weeks before a fight. Fury's self abuse finally catching up to him.

AJ still looks young and fresh, doesn't seem at all his age. The only thing that may be declining is his gas tank but that is yet to be seen.

AJ's new trainer is making AJ what he should have been all along. A fighter, not a boxer. He's an above average boxer, but his speed, power and combination punches are what made him.

Now he's looking like a more disciplined version of the old AJ.

We'll see what happens. I think he should take another fighter before facing Fury/Usyk for unified.

AJ vs Hrgovic would be extremely interesting, but I'd wager Joshua beating anyone right now besides Usyk.

Joshua probably learned more in his 2 fights with Usyk than all his other fights combined - he seems to have shown the mental fortitude to take all he has learned and build on it and come back well, which has to be respected.

He still seems nervous but in a more controlled way.

I think the way his other trains had him fighting fed his anxiety. Making him doubt his real self and try to safely box behind a jab to a 12 round UD. The fact that he was afraid of letting his hands go vs a man like Usyk says everything.

Tonight he obliterated a man that could have easily KO'd him if the right shot connected.

He did the right thing changing trainers. He is a disciplined, patient lion with his pride and confident in tact, waiting to unleashed his anger in the right moments.

You are in a Disney Land if you think Fury don't train for 9 months. He is training most probably 5+ time per week, even if he doesn't have schedule fight. His shape is down to his lifestyle and mainly the food and alcohol he eat and drinks.

He is always been like that. He learn from his mistake, and to be fair of this generation he is the only one to do so, which shows his character. Wilder for example never learn, never improve, it's just a big mouth from him.

While AJ silently goes on and work his *** out in the gym training to improve. Change trainers and see what benefits him the best.
While he is still the most critique fighter out there. Literally every single thing he does is getting reviewed and someone find something to cry about it. The pressure on AJ and how he deals with it, is absolutely insane.
And then there is trolls on here who are saying he is weak minded, truly people who have no f**** idea what they are talking.
