    One of the worst things about boxing fans today is how they think having a few Ls on your record makes you a bad fighter or a bum. If AJ loses his time at the top of the heavyweight division will be over, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be allowed to work his way back up. I agree Joshua was a hype job, but his future hinges on how he adjusts to defeat.

    why would he retire? tones and tones of money to be made for him and also 100% he will fight for titles more then once.

    Of course he won't. Styles make fights and sometimes one guy just can't beat another.

    Why should he? If he loses to Ruiz again he can just regroup and have a warm up against an E level scrub like a Gerald Washington, Duhaupas or a Szpilka to get himself back into the mix before stepping back up to the C + level and picking off the weakest champion Bum Squad. All the other titles will probably fragmented by then so after relieving Bum Squad of his WBC strap he can step up in level again and try and unify with one of the other titlists.

    this has nothing to do with money, if joshua gets beaten down again by ruiz like last time he should retire for his health. it has nothing to do with continuing to fight another day because a fighter can do it to make money. this isn't like a tennis star sucking and just playing because he wants to.

    Yeah I cant stand this if a boxer gets a couple of losses he should tlretire mentality and can't come back.

    The obvious fight if AJ loses, considering the WBC mandatory wont be called for some time at least (again!). AJ could go another very big fight against Whyte probably at Cardiff or Wembley. If AJ was able to beat Whyte he couls finally force Wilder to fight him.

    If he looses the paycheck Half's but he will still be a huge draw
