AJ is going to beat Usyk

I guess you want to enjoy watching AJ's death in the ring.

 

I'm not counting AJ out - IF he goes for a KO; if he gets a big shot on Usyk, he has the power to be able to finish it for sure. And IMO that's the best gameplan for AJ, for a number of reasons.

However, given his recent "4 more rounds" comment, I'm not at all convinced that will be his plan. I think the plan for the rematch will be more around letting his hands go more, but still trying to box Usyk at length, and that's where I see it much less likely and harder to execute - unless he works the body enough to really slow Usyk down in the championship rounds.

But I don't think AJ is good enough or mentally strong enough to execute that plan for 12 rounds and shut Usyk down.

But maybe he can do it just enough to get a home-cooked decision?

That's the reason that a KO is the best plan, as it completely takes away the very strong likelihood that AJ is gassed by round 9 and Usyk is pouring it on. Of course, if the KO plan does not work then chances are he gasses much earlier, but I think ther % chances of executing that plan is much higher than the other.

 

Personally don’t see it, not sure he had Usyk in any sort of danger throughout the whole fight.

Not only that, he for some reason tried to outbox the best boxer in the division, he should go out on his shield for the KO in the rematch IMO.

 

I just don't see him pulling it off, and I expect Usyk to stop him, but I wouldn't give Joshua no chance at all.

 

I think Usyk will be even better in the rematch.

AJ can´t outbox Usyk like in Ruiz (2) he has to go totally on the offensive ,
will still miss a lot and Usyk will anwser with counterpunches.

From the 6th round, AJ will slowly run out of steam and I estimate a Usyk knockout around the 7 or 8 round.

Definitely COULD happen, but I feel AJ lacks the durability to trade with Usyk:

Usyk has greater stamina, more heart and a better chin.

AJ in theory has more power but there are lots of elite heavies who make a career out of trading in the pocket and just relying on toughness to see them through, see big fat Andy amongst others, if they can do it a generational talent like Usyk definitely can.

McCrack's strategy may well have been the best strategy all along, ie survive and get a hometown decision, but it didn't work and wasn't even close to working.

My money is on AJ trying essentially the same again, with a similar outcome and an outside chance of a robbery.

 

Aj overperformed in the first fight. That was the best aj I ever saw. Stamina, speed and technical ability was great.

Usyk is plain and simple on an other level (also to fury)

Usyk himself said he expected more and can switch in complete different level if aj tries new stuff in the next fight.

Usyk by ko in the middle rounds in the rematch.

And mark my wards: usyk will win against fury by disqualification. Usyk will school fury big time and fury will get dirty and desperate to often and will be disqualified

 

I think we will see multiple knock downs from each guy and the biggest heart will survive and win this rematch

 

Joshua's brain cannot handle the nuance of an educated pressure.

 

AJ underestimated Andy Ruiz Jr., and after that he is no longer the same AJ.
My opinion.
I dont think he will underestimate anyone again.

 

I favor Usyk but anything is possible. He’s fighting a huge AJ who has a massive size, strength and weight advantage. The Fury AJ prospects are also enough to make sketchy judging a real concern. Whatever happens, I hope this fights actually takes place soon.

 

I’m saying it now, Usyk gets off the floor in the rematch at stop AJ around the 9th with him sliding down the ropes utterly beaten Bruno style.
