If that picture isnt just from a dodgy angle that plays with your eyes, and it does look like hes put a bit of flab on i am a bit surprised. But its not loads and to be fair he has earnt a proper time off do what you want eat what you want type of break.

Thats just extra muscle where normal people would have fat.... The man is a machine, also lots of people claim that he needs to lose muscle to become more loose and able to move better in the ring, perhaps its that?

I think AJ is a bit too heavy, and if he's in a longer fight where stamina is needed could fade a bit.
Just watched video...that hero worshipping must get old pretty quick like. Fair play to joshua tho was accomadating to everyone. Seems a good guy tbf. Pretty sure he said that was his training camp just starting...will burn that fat in no time i d imagine. I d like to see how many will be at the park if he does lose. Quite sad when you think about it.
