I hear Ronnie Pickering is available, would probably be Josh's hardest fight to date...

Seems parker will be his next fight... Think AJ beats him, but can not see AJ fighting wilder next year

Parker never been down in both amateur and pro... AJ wins but I think it could be a little tougher than people think.

I’m not having Joseph Parker at all. I’m not being funny or anything but New Zealand amateur ranks aren’t exactly the ABAs. Who’s he fought since pro? He arguably beat Ruiz and Fury and struggled against Takam and that other bum his old sparring partner.

He’s Charles Martin in disguise. The pair of them highlight how grim the heavyweight division has been in recent years.

And he’s not a big puncher himself. Look at the level of opposition he’s fought and he’s only stopped 2 of his last 6. I don’t know where this hype is coming from for Parker because he’s utter and complete shite.

Wilder could cause Joshua problems (probably won’t) but Parker has absolutely no chance.

You’ve got to hand it abit to Parker’s team if what is going on is as it seems. They are hanging on for this 35% for dear life and I’m sure they will get it now and we will be told that all contract terms are confidential when the announcement is made.

They have worked out that despite all the bluster from Hearn about AJs revenue generating they still need a proper dance partner to keep the ship on course. Even the causuals will start to get bored with the stadium stuff if they announce a complete no name. Plus Hearn is slightly under pressure from Wilder & it looks like Fury has dismissed his advances and Is going with BT...Hearn is a man under pressure especially with the clock ticking on his AJ contract. Parker’s team have done well- I’m sure they are using the situation to their advantages and making themselves the best possible deal - well played.

Going by Takam, Parker can go the distance.

If Parker can take the big shots he has half a chance. AJ is quite stiff and Parkers hand speed is fairly decent.

If he's anything above 10/1 I'll be sticking a few smackers on him.

I think next opponent will be Jarrell Miller or Dillian Whyte.

All this talk of Wilder next. I don't think there is a chance this year of seeing that fight too risky. Once AJ pummels parker they will do a mandatory, I'd say the wba with povetkin. I believe tbis is why that fight with price is on the undercard so they can build the AJ Povetkin fight or if price pulls off a performance of a lifetime it sets up a British clash with Price, all the hype will be about how price dropped Joshua before etc etc... No lose for AJ.

I think Eddie is hoping that Ortiz beats Wilder, then AJ Ortiz which for me us an easier fight. The other hope is that Whyte gets a summer shot at Wilder as mandatory, hence why they have gone the wbc route with his career. 2 things, firstly they know they beat Whyte and become undisputed and 2. If Wilder beats Whyte which I think he will AJ will see how he needs to fight Wilder as he knows Whyte too well...

AJs next 3/4 fights are always worked out, boxing is all about timing and there doing a great job with his legacy
