Who performed better against Oleksandr Usyk? Both lost by split decision. I personally feel AJ won 5 rounds in the rematch, just like Fury yesterday. I also think he had Usyk in bigger trouble in round 9. Most importantly - he wasn't almost stopped.

Wait AJ got a split decision? Who paid that judge off.

Fury dropped the first fight & will win the rematch

Different class. AJ is a bodybuilding bum. Gifted gold. Never beat a reigning champion.

AJ did well in the rematch, but Fury controlled Usyk for longer stretches than AJ did. Fury also landed harder and more eye catching shots. Though AJ did box well and both were comparably close fights.

Although I agree that AJ did rather well against Usyk, the result of that fight never felt in doubt to me. Up until the ninth, Usyk-Fury was contested on the knife edge of boxing at a high level.

That's true, but on the other hand AJ wasn't knocked down and almost stopped.

Either way, I think AJs performances vs Usykw have aged pretty well after last night

Fury was schooling Usyk in the middle rounds and going into the 8th nobody thought Usyk would turn it around based on the previous rounds.

Aj did well in both fights, especially the second after 8/9 rounds but Usyk came on strong and took the final rounds towards a clear decisive decision both times. 9-3/8-4 type victories.

Thats his strength I guess, the ability to go into another gear and clear the final rounds. Thats how he pulled those wins in these fights when it was close at some point.

Tactically Fury certainly did better. Any rounds Joshua may have won were not as definitive as the rounds Fury won. Though it should also be mentioned that Fury was hurt badly and arguably would've been stopped right there if it had been a different referee.

    Fury for sure
He was controlling the fight for a few rounds

    Doesn't matter though, both lost

At round 7, it started to feel like the Wlad fight in 2015 when Wlad was absolutely bamboozled by Furys size and awkwardness.

Usyk is a level above Klitschko though. Nobody can live with his onslaught in the final third of the fight. They expend all their energy in the first half and then Usyks ****s them up in the second.

In Joshua’s first fight he was outlanded by 25 punches, matching Usyk for Jabs but losing by 25 power punches.

In Joshua’s second fight he was outlanded by 46 punches, losing by 16 jabs and 30 power punches.

Fury was outlanded by 13 punches. He landed 14 more jabs than Usyk, but lost by 27 power punches.

So according to Compubox Fury did way better than Joshua in terms of jabs, and was about equal with him in terms of power punches.

AJ, but people can't use their brain.

Usyk was 34 and 35 for AJ fights, and he was miles better.

Usyk was 37.5 way past his best against Fury, which was clear to anyone who has been following Usyk career closely. That was like 70% oif the version AJ faces.

    Fury lost 9-3 or 8-4 + KD.
AJ lost both time 9-3, 9-3.
People also forget that AJ had success in round 5-6- and 8 in the first fight. Also AJ was never KOed and saved by the ref, which Fury clearly was. Usyk was robbed of a KO.

That compubox is incorrect. It's 2 people clicking a button.

This is accurate, it's AI that is 100% accurate.
    Fury is outlanded in everything.
Usyk outlanded Fury in 10 out of 12 rounds, both for total punches and power punches. So nice try.

Klitschko was 39,7 years old, and Fury was a 26 years old, very good comparison you did there.
Why are you people not using your brain ? What would have happen if Fury was 39 years old, and Klitschko 26? Should i even tell you?
