It’s all a bit of a pantomime but I do enjoy how Joshua’s messages to Fury are formatted properly and obviously spell checked. He even has his PR team working on these tweets ffs. You can see from his Snapchat posts that his spelling and grammar (as he runs his Snapchat) is only marginally better than Fury’s. Fury’s spelling and grammar is awful but at least you know it’s him.
How can it be called a 'duck' if he's legally obliged to fight him? Realistically he's not going to give up 20m over it. Especially if he's confident he can beat Wilder to fight Joshua/Usyk 6 months later.
Point is both sides knew that this outcome could be a reality, they should have got Wilder out of the via either a fight or payment prior to “finalising” their own ends of the agreement. Fury wrecks Wilder again, AJ v Usyk winner fights they furious one at the end of the year. Either way AJ will not be a champion over his next two fights.
He’s not ducked AJ as you very well now, in fact you being a so called “lawyer” (despite being on here 24/7) should know the workings of the Wilder law suit. Fury has come through hell the last few years and showed heart throughout whether you like or hate him, AJ 3 fights ago bottled and quit in the ring against a fat dwarf. Neither are afraid of each other.
I do take pride in the fact that Deontay, and the bomb squad waited till the contracts were made and things were in place before they brought their legal proceedings through. Now bodybuilding Joshua looks to have little time to make a fight with that puny Usyk. He should be angry with his promoter Eddie Hearn, for wasting time negotiating a fight that had another pending third party dispute. Even a mole could see this coming!
He led AJ and the Saudi’s up the garden path assuring them the rematch clause had lapsed etc. Wasted everyone’s time. He is not a man of his word.

I now realise this fight will probably never happen for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship of the World if it does not happen on 14 August 2021 because to much can go wrong. The fault lies with Fury and his Team.
