I think he`s planning another Parker style jab fest, he came in light for that sleeper fest too, this fight is going to be a stinker.

AJ is better than Bruno and has faster feet.

He's definitely easier to hit in round 1 and 2.

Who's the ref? Hope he's not going to play AJs bodyguard like the ref in the Parker fight.

Going into a shell is a mental thing. Chinny AJ will get Ruiz flashbacks

I agree. It's the smart thing to do from AJ's point of view.

that's what I took it to mean. Joshua isn't underskilled but there are a couple of guys with better.

    Good luck with that.

Joshua gets out-skilled and wins the fight. That's more realistic.

I disagree. Usyk gets caught a lot, he is often hit in the face by his opponents. Let's see what happens when a monster like AJ hits him in the face. He will be stunned and then AJ will finish him off.

Usyk has a greater will to win than Parker and is going to give AJ everything he has . For that reason I expect it to be a good fight. There's going to be a lot of skill ad tactics on display here. Im looking forward to it.

It's actually not a bad plan to try and keep the fight at long range. AJ has long arms and decent enough skills. Usyk is more skilled, but it's not like AJ is inept. He can keep the fight close enough on the cards with this strategy. Throw some jabs, back away all night, and make to the 12th where the corrupt judges will give you at bare minimum a draw.

This is also the least energy output strategy which is smart because stamina is AJ's biggest weakness.

If AJ is effective in this, it means we are in for a stinker of a night. Lots of two guys pawing at each other's jabs.

AJ should be looking to blast uysk out fast, the longer it goes he will get tagged by those quick overhand lefts.

Don't really agree with the guy. His game plan should be to outbox him IMO. Usyk doesn't command the kind of respect in the heavyweight division that AJ should give up on trying to box him, that's silly.

If Usyk does really outbox him in the early stretches, adjust and fight as your plan b.
