I think Boxing Kingdom put something on Twitter on the wind up and it has been spreading as if it was gospel since.

Yeah apparently. The craken couldn't smuggle those PED's through customs, and the bodybuilder canned him.

Yes but Rob raised a grievance and AJ has a glass HR department.

All jokes aside, the loss to Ruiz had absolutely nothing to do with McCracken.

With defeat there usually comes changes, especially with the business at stake when it comes to AJ.

I would be surprised if Rob was retained.

Ahh, sounds like it’s nonsense then...

Wouldn’t make sense given the rematch is due in the winter.

It does. Hearn, McCracken, Joshua, The entourage, they all have a bit of blame.

Rob and Eddie are equally culpable for the situation Joshua now finds himself in.

Had they not rushed his career while making him out to be this new Ali/Tyson/Lewis hybrid superman who was invincible, then he would have been fighting more varied types of opponents from the beginning, and learning through experience under less pressure, thereby becoming a more rounded and complete fighter.

Rob relied and focused on Joshua's natural power and strength along with steroids to see him through fights.

Meanwhile Eddie mounted the pressure on Joshua, through hyping him up beyond imagination and talking for him as if he was the one going to be fighting all corners. Truly he should have been downplaying Joshua's ability, letting him learn in less pressure cooker situations, instead of dragging him out in wembley against hand picked opponents where Joshua would learn nothing, besides how to grow his own brand along with his ego which eventually leads to a fighter in becoming complacent and believing his own hype.

Mcracken instructed but AJ didn’t follow them so he can’t be blamed

Apart from the fact that McCracken has been his trainer for years and Joshua still has a swiss cheese defensive game.
If I remember rightly, McCracken's other world champion Carl Froch had a similar propensity for hanging his head out to get smashed about too.
(of course, having a good chin and fighting at 168, he got away with more than what AJ can do with his chin at heavyweight).

His corner advice was spot on (don't hook, take centre of the ring and don't go flat footed). AJ decided not to follow it.
