I think this has come from people not understanding the ban the bbbc put on a boxer after a vicious ko. He got 28 days.

The talk is still a stadium superfight in the uk in summer hopefully tyson fury (supposedly April is the cut off) if not it will be whyte or parker. Aj was telling everybody he'd like another fight with both.

According to hearn there's a few on silent bans despite him saying they weren't a thing when benn was out.

 

If he tested positive after the Dubios fight he needs to find a better dealer

AJ is done, his punch resistance has gone and he’s taking his time to get the biggest retirement payday. Probably fury or wilder but in the end it will most likely be whyte rematch

 

There are numerous examples of boxers serving a silent ban. I know of at least 20 examples of boxers in the U.K. who have all tested positive within the last 5 years. It just never came to the public's attention.

One of my very first tasks was a big Don King show at the beginning of the 90s and on the main card, which consisted of 3 fights, 5 out of 6 boxers tested positive. The samples were thrown away and nothing happened.

 

Makes you what the point of testing is.

Sadly boxing will remain a fringe / minority sport until people believe that these issues are dealt with correctly
