    He’s fighting Usyk, of course he has to be quick. I personally think he should come in lighter

    The most interesting aspect of this fight for me is how Usyk is going to react if AJ catches him with a good shot… will he crumble, will he handle it well, or will he run for his life the rest of the fight? Honestly I don’t know if Usyk has the pop to hurt AJ… he’ll get his attention for sure. So I’m actually looking forward to this one.

    how is this helping his handspeed? what exactly is happening in this drill thats going to improve his handspeed? plus, i didnt for one second see him punching at fight speed. he isnt duplicating fight punching at all.
