    What does he deserve now?

I think 15% against Fury is fair and 20% against Wilder.

Huge heavyweight upset and we’re talking about ‘splits’ already. Can we just not?

That's being kind. Maybe 5% is fair against both fighters.

The rematch for this will set a British ppv record. The UK loves a comeback.

IF AJ wins that he's back in the driving seat with the belts and the revenue. Its a huge if though.

The UK is a small pond. Joshua's completely ****ed himself in the USA.

He's a laughing stock. Even winning the rematch won't recover his credibility.

Every single American now considers Wilder and Fury as the top 2. Joshua can hold onto his paper titles, should he win them back against Ruiz.

Juicusa is the b side now in future negotiations, he doesn't have an 0, and I'd back Ruiz to spank him again in the rematch so he won't even have belts.

If Joshua wins the rematch then we're in the same position.

Joshua losing to Ruiz doesn't suddenly mean Wilder is more popular or generates more money. All Wilder has done over the last week or so is duck a guy Andy Ruiz was willing to take on and beat.

Not sure I agree. He’d still be a huge star, but lots of his marketability (due to his mass-market appeal to casuals) is based on him being undefeated. It’s even more of a blow when you consider Ruiz’s appearance and that he’s relatively unknown to most casuals. Even failing to KO Parker and looking unconvincing against Takam dented his image a bit at the time.

Joshua’s team thought they’d blow Ruiz away in an exciting fight - hence why they didn’t choose Hunter. Backfired horribly and a bit of rebuilding needs to happen now.

Joshua needs to avenge that loss or he's more or less done imo..his confidence will be shattered after that.

I agree. I think his only way forward is an immediate rematch

Wilder's 40% that he could have got before was more than the 60% he can probably demand now.

AJ has ****ed it for everyone involved.
