Let's wait and see if the DAZN / BT Sport deal falls into place ? With all due respect to your fine posts Jurgen, the deal has not collapsed ... yet. I think we will be wiser at the beginning of the new year - both on where AJ is boxing in the future and who DAZN links up with.

DAZN have registered for a PPV channel on satellite so the plot thickens.

    This is the video.
Can't remember what time he mentions it but briefly says about AJ staying with Sky

Timestamped quote: "and Josh was coming back to Sky" in the middle of an answer about how pleased he was that Taylor is back on Sky. Not about Anthony Joshua.

Assuming it's this you were thinking of? I did double take when I heard it too but it isn't what you thought.

He says “Josh” very clearly talking about Josh Taylor. Pointless thread.

The deal was reported as a cert 1-2 months ago and there is now other options on the table so not looking good.

Whether this goes ahead or not a TV platform is a must.

DAZN will be registering for PPV as they will bid big to get Fury v Whyte on in the UK.

Sorry I have just watched the clip and it's obvious he was on about Josh Taylor.

I have posted the wrong link- that definitely isn't the interview I heard what I thought he said was AJ staying with Sky (but maybe he did say Josh as in Josh Taylor)
I will try and find the correct video

Or AJ is a smart business man and knows DAZN PPV could never hit the same numbers as he does with SKY. Going to DAZN makes little sense

I totally agree with you that if AJ thinks well, he's staying at Sky Box Office. Even though DAZN is setting up a ppv tv channel, they are not selling close to what Sky is selling in PPVs, but I am still in doubt about which way AJ is choosing?

Why is no one asking Joshua or Hearn? Youtubers and journos ask all them stupid questions yet no one thought about asking them that? Is asking that question a hanging offence?

Because they don’t like to annoy them. Waste of time most interviews these days.

Hearn has been asked. He says Joshua isn't even in discussions right now and don't expect an announcement anytime soon.

I think Joshua will stay with sky unless DAZN are offering him a significantly bigger split of the pie.
