He will face either Whyte in a rematch or Otto Wallin. AJ has stated he doesn't want soft touches. So hopefully that put and end to Arreola rumours that started from Fury buds Talksport.
AJ is going to have 3 bouts in 2023. Whyte /Wallin, he will face both in early and mid, and he is aiming at Wilder for the end of the year bout. Or maybe even Wilder in the summer, as a second bout.

Wallin would be better than Whyte, since he hasn't already beaten him.

Whyte has been knocked out in two of his past three fights.

Both soft touches. He should fight someone highly ranked to get back in the frame.

Joyce for example. Give Joe a huge monetary incentive and try to take his spot.

I don’t see whyte stopping Franklin and that fight will suck! It will probably be wallin but I’d rather see aj against Joyce or hrgovic

Joyce would knock the bum out so we can scratch his name.

    Wallin would be interesting.

I think AJ, now he has no titles to lose, should go back to something like his hold style, and just beat people the **** up.

AJ vs Wilder though is a more interesting match up than Fury vs Usyk.

I believe strongly that AJ vs Wilder would sell more than Fury vs Usyk.

Whyte is ultimate soft touch .

why isn't AJ fighting in December then?
according to the resident Fury hater here he was good to go against Fury on 3rd December.

.... except he wasn't, due to " sponsorship complications '

but hey, he'll earn on December 3rd anyway, since he has a piece of Chisora & is his official manager.

but but but "Fury's ducking coward!"

Id prefer Wallin, but it will most likely be Whyte, and after 2 back to back fights with Usyk that's not that bad a fight.

Either of these guys would be fine for a comeback opponent. Just wish he were doing it sooner.
