The Fury fight wasn't an exhibition so I don't see why this would be.

    Disappointing fight.

Was hoping for Hrgovic or Zhang.

Easy work for AJ, who does what Fury couldn't and stops him in 5 rounds.

When was the last time Joshua beat a top 10 heavyweight in your opinion?

So I guess Fury softens them up then AJ finishes the job

Could see it like that. Fury had a very easy time with Whyte, the only opponent that Joshua fought before him.

Hearn/Joshua are desperate for the Fury fight/fights now (given how Fury's looked, his mileage and the mega payday), so I suppose they think that if they beat enough Fury victims then Fury might put them on post-Usyk. Ultimately it's irrelevant whether three loss Joshua KO's Kevin Johnson and the rest because If Fury retires after beating Usyk then it's total victory.

    At the time, Pulev.

Ngannou has a chance here. Just let them go Franny and Dosh will fall.

Ngannou showed against Fury that he is far better than Pulev.

Good ring IQ, good compact defence, made Fury go backwards and hold like Okolie every time he was hit.

This will be a much harder fight than all the garbage he faced last year.

Iron Mike Tyson worked wonders with Ngannou and I see a very hard night for Joshua.

50/50 fight for me based on what I saw in the ring with Fury.

Are Franklin, Helenius or Wallin top 10 wins now and if so, why? Will Ngannou be a top 10 win if Joshua beats him?

If not, it seems Joshua's last top 10 win was in 2020; a fighter who lost to Chisora in his next fight, considered a legit loss by most observers if Boxrec and Eyeonthering are good barometers.

So according to your previous standards, Joshua is 0-2 against top 10 heavyweights in the last 3+ years and it's not changing soon. Joshua seems dangerously at risk of falling out of the top 10 or 15.

Joshua will win easily, Fury came in so unfit, no training, no motivation, easy pay day and reputation boost for Joshua when he dispatches him with ease

Joshua getting the highest paid stay busy fights he can get and gradually looking like less a mug in each fight as it happens. This is a crap fight for boxing although if he didn't take this we'd probably have had to wait until June for a big fight for him.

I don't understand this fight either. Thought Matchroom would pick Hrgovic who AJ - based on his recent performance - would easily defeat.

    AJ risks losing to Ngannou.

I’d argue boxing needs someone to put this Ngannou nonsense to bed. A significant percentage of casuals think an MMA fighter is the best heavyweight boxer in the world.

After his win against Fury, Ngannou is the Lineal World Heavyweight Champion - they are correct and no amount of corrupt judging will tell another story.
