Unless Ngannou is paid a huge bag of loot to take a dive, the man that was in the ring with Fury has a very good chance of winning.

The ideal scenario would be for AJ to poleaxe Ngannou in a couple of rounds and Fury to beat Usyk when they meet, which would finally set up the only match that people really want to see and one where people are happy to buy the PPV.

If AJ were to get further humbled by Francis and Fury outboxed by Usyk then it really would make a mockery out of British boxing.

To be honest, I'd prefer the latter scenario. Sick of hearing about the pair of them. Enjoyed their careers up until a few years ago, but the circus and bs that surrounds the pair of them is insufferable.

The sooner this era of heavyweights end the better

AJ will absolutely obliterate him. Ngannou is so straight up and stiff one combination will finish him. He really isn’t that good, Fury was just god awful. I’m going to open a betting account especially for this fight. Free money.

Fury and Joshua have certainly bled the public dry but even more incredible is the huge piles of loot acquired by British Level Plodders Whyte and Chisora with David Price depriving Dave Allen of a PPV Loot Bag.

The era will be fondly known as the Loot Years by the boxers with Anthony Joshua the poster boy for mediocrity.

You must have cleaned up in New York on 1 June 2019 with the free money on offer for the Joshua win.

I can’t stand Joshua but on this occasion money is there for the taking. Ngannou is just a huge target there to be hit. Fury was out of shape and all over the place, chisora probably would have dropped Fury that night.

Props to Ngannou. He's secured the bag and really made a mockery of the underpaying mafia that runs MMA.

Even if he loses in a boxing match, his opponents know deep down that he'd kill them in real fighting.

I had a huge bet on Fury that night and I was saved by rigged cards.

Nothing worse than waiting for a decision when you know your man had a shocker and lost the fight.

If he lands one on Joshua, everything changes in that fight.

Those cowardly boxers looking for crossover fights should agree to one fight under Queensbury Rules in the boxing ring followed by a 2nd fight under MMA Rules in the Octagon.

It is the right thing to do and the current fights under Queensbury rules only in a boxing ring are showing the boxers up as shytehouses.

No matter what I think Fury and Joshua will fight in probably their last fight each. I'd still like to see purely for the build up as I can see both getting extremely rattled at various stages.

It being in Saudi will be **** though and will kill a lot of the hype imo. Would break all sorts of records if held here and the atmosphere would be phenomenal.

I agree. Don't understand why Matchroom doesn't just pick an easy opponent for AJ in a fight where he could shine ? There were plenty of options... Strange.

I guess this is the biggest-money fight where the cards can be nobbled and make sure AJ wins one way or the other.

Aj hits way harder than fury. The double jab right hand is there all night for AJ

AJ wins via ko in 3 rounds
