AJ v TBA is to be against..............according to Steve Bunce!

Ugo had breazeale in deep waters from early that fight...ended up blowing his load tho. Pretty big puncher. The guys got the tools to give Joshua a lot more problems than Ruiz has. We all know the old saying...styles make fights. Ugo is a bigger threat than Ruiz.

 

Good point actually. Surprised I ve never really seen anyone mention ugo as an opponent for Joshua. Interesting fight tho. Ago looks like he can seriously hit even if he's pretty flawed. Got to be a decent shout tho considering the names getting bandied about and the Nigeria connection.

 

Ugo lost to Brezeale a guy who AJ dominated every second of every round before knocking him out whilst AJ was vey ill for nost of his camp. Ugo shouldnt even be considered.

I would rank the pssible opponents as followed:

1. Hunter
2. Ruiz
3. Perez

I really hope that Charr and Bryan aren't even considered.

 

Perez??? As in Mike Perez who is now a CW and who is scheduled to box Makabu? Perez lost at CW clearly and was chinned by Povetkin ages ago with ease so the idiotic logic you applied in order to rule out Ugonoh can apply to your baffling suggestion of Perez.

Such a casual mentality to rule out Ugonoh because he was beaten by Breazeale. That was a very close fight.

 

Maybe, I don't know. Joshua probably blasts him out quick but I don't know.
And Breazeale is pretty dreadful, so a man who lost to him isn't anything to write home about.

Ruiz Jr has better credentials and I don't think he'll fear Joshua. He might put up a decent fight. But who knows.

 

Parker-Ruiz was a close fight.
And Parker did much better against Joshua than Breazeale.

But Ruiz is a chubby boy ....
... and I know some of you guys a partial to a hard ebony pole .....

 

Both fights are acceptable IMO. But the big difference between the two is that Ugonoh punches a hell of a lot harder than Ruiz. And that for me is what I want to see for Joshua because we know he’s been put down before.

 

It was a close and very entertaining fight. I just dont think Breazeale is worthy of title shot let alone Ugo.

Regarding Perez, major difference in quality in opponent in losing to Povetkin than Breazeale. Hell I would back jennings (whom beat Perez in SD) to beat Breazeale.

Perez is a CW who is scheduled to box a guy who Tony Bellew destroyed next. It’s a bizarre suggestion to have him box AJ and would go down like a ton of bricks with the public.

At the same time ugo got to breazeale a lot quicker than Joshua did. Had him all over the place at one point. its always been about a certain style that will beat Joshua. I m looking at your list....still say ugo,s a bigger threat than any of them on it.

 

Think to beat Joshua your gonna need to hurt him. For me personally Ruiz has no chance even with his credentials...just doesn't have the style for it. Any big puncher has a chance against him tho. Ugo to me looks like a much better style for it. These guys do tend to be just as likely to get knocked out but its not about who can last longer more about who actually has tools to beat him. To me you,very got to have the power to hurt him. Any big puncher like ugo has a chance. A good one imo. The guys an idiot for being so inactiveinactive recently. He had breazeale all over the place before showing his inexperience. Him hurting breazeale showed he can hurt pretty much anyone tho...breazeales solid enough.

 

Judging by the way Hearn is acting in interviews, it's going to be Hunter.

 

I doubt it. Why would he sign him.just to get Joshua blasting him out in 3 rounds?
