yes, i agree, but the way you worded it made it sound like it was impossible for them to predict. of course, anything can happen in boxing, especially at heavyweight, but when you look at it, he was supposed to beat all of them, except Parker.

Firstly, why is Helenius in that list of fighters? He is absolute trash. No one picked him to beat Whyte. Some did Browne but you could see how awful he was on his return - way worse than anyone (myself included) predicted. Parker is a legit win though, no doubt.

Problem is, you're thinking like a promoter instead of a boxing fan. I - nor you - should care about the 'interest' generated but just about what's going to be a good fight. I'm down with Whyte being in that conversation but I don't give him any real shot at beating AJ and we've seen him get battered before, so I don't much care about it. All I care about is AJ-Wilder, and we aren't getting it. Outside of that, at least give me AJ against someone new.

If you think Whyte can beat AJ in the rematch then I understand why the fight would be appealing, though I wouldn't understand what would bring anyone to that conclusion.

Will be interesting to see if Whyte does have the rematch with Chisora now. Would love Del Boy to put a spanner in the works. Imagine Joshua Vs Chisora at Wembley lmao.

Parker vs Whyte was close!? I can’t remember what the judges scores were but if they were, it doesn’t mean the fight was. Not many people had Parker winning more than the first and twelfth I believe.

I had it close. Giving Parker two rounds in this fight is as bad as giving him two rounds in the Aj fight.

Fair play ?? The guy got battered for seven rounds until he got iced with an uppercut. He is not even mandatory which you could maybe understand if he had worked his way up to that position.

what an absolute pointless fight which will go no differently .

Whyte puts him out his comfort zone in the trash talk dept, he clearly gets under Joshua's skin, hopefully he can unsettle him and put on a better performance, i still think Joshua will stop him but its worth a shot for Whyte.

Whyte may have improved but still can’t give him much of a chance against AJ ! I also think he is taking a massive risk if he gives Chisora a rematch. Regardless I hope he makes enough to have an enjoyable retirement.

If Fury beats Wilder there will be little demand for this, all the talk will be about AJ-Fury or even Fury-Whyte.

Povetkin and Whyte are the most deserving title challengers in the HW division so fair play to AJ rather than fighting an opponent that's out of shape whose last 2 opponents weren't even ranked in top 50.

Doesn't say who Del Boy will fight next though...

    What if he beats Dillian!!!

Will he get a shot at Joshua???
It was only recently whilst announcing the parker Whyte fight that a certain someone passionately said Dillian deserved his big fight, because he had earned it.

If they do go again and Del Boy wins, i'm pretty sure he has earned it too.

Whyte deserves a title shot and he's not getting it against Wilder even if he beats the WBC top 100 3 times over. He's in miles better condition than the first AJ fight as well.

Would obvious prefer the winner of Wilder vs Fury, but hopefully that comes next if AJ keeps winning.
