Then why nobody talks about it and everybody talks about Wilder-Fury ?

Once the fights are done with and the numbers are in, we will see which one was better and bigger.
I think AJ-Povetkin will have more action but Wilder-Fury will be one for the purists.

 

There were more threads about Wilder and Fury in the last week than about AJ and Povetkin in the last 3 months
and the fight is only a month away, you can't tell me that there was a big hype.

I agree with one thing though, AJ-Povetkin could do better numbers but we will see, i think this time Wilder-Fury
has a good chance to be bigger worldwide, AJ-Povetkin will do a lot better in the UK of course.

 

AJ is garbage. Fury would outbox him 12 to 0. Wilder would KO him.

Why is everyone on AJ's dick? He's too stiff to deal with these guys at the top. Ortiz would KO him too.

AJ had his chance and he was scared of being knocked out.

 

Johnny Nelson is on sky sports mate. Like saying Showtime couldn't afford Max Kellerman

 

And Whyte vs Parker is probably still the second biggest. Wilder vs Fury will be very lucky to get similar PPV buys, especially if it's in the US.

 

Because everybody knows Fury is not ready for this and that he's going to get beaten down brutally. There's a small core of delusional Fury fans that simply can't see he's going to get blasted, and an equally delusional, but more sly, group of Wilder fans that pretend Fury is in 100% shape (which is laughable) and that beating his ghost is going to be some great victory. But at least they know Wilder is going to beat this flabby featherfist up.

 

I agree, Joshua vs. Povetkin is the premier HW fight of the year - but that opinion is by no means informed by the respective combatants' rankings by Ring Magazine.

Wilder and Fury could be Ring #1 & #2, and the other fight would still be the more significant IMO.

 

I rate Wilder-Ortiz and Wilder-Fury both higher than this fight.
