They're all being paid to, aren't you?

I got my cheque a few days ago. I'm just working out from the ratecard how many bad poems it will take to pay for a new bathroom.

AJ v Povetkin is indeed the best, but Wilder Fury is a lot sexier because it's come as a surprise from two fighters that haven't previously shown themself likely to offer one. The former is like a much loved girlfriend who you've known for a long time. The latter is the smokin hot looking girl that's just walked in the bar at the end of a very long night. A part of you knows that next morning she won't look a patch on AJ Povetkin but at that moment you don't care about that.

On paper fury wilder is a great fight. Lineal vs wbc, unbeaten v unbeaten. Better than Joshua v povetkin. ON PAPER.

Reality is fury doesn't look great and we are being sold a fight where yet again there's questions about the health and fitness or level of quality about a wilder opponant. And a mandatory is left waiting.

I still don't mind the fight, it is what it is, but it isn't what it's being touted as and we all know that.

    That's well put.

My only quibble with the fight is that if Wilder starches Fury, as I fully expect him to, we will be left with questions as to whether the result would be different if Fury had listened to his trainer and continued a gradual step up in opponents and fitness over the next 6-9 months.

Joshua vs Povetkin is -2,000....+800 30 yo vs 39 yo
Wilder vs Fury is EVEN 33 yo vs 30 yo

Everybody thinks Fury is an old man he just turned 30. In two months Povetkin will be 39 Wilder will be 33 and Joshua will be 30.
Ya got a 30 yo undefeated lineal HW champ vs a 33 yo longest current reigning HW champ in an EVEN fight or............................................................................
Ya got a 30 yo undefeated HW champ with the most belts vs a 39 yo with a solid pedigree in a 20-1 fight.

Joshua fans are confused on which is the MEGA fight. It's crystal clear.

Povetkin, Breazeale, Whyte ... the amount of number #1 contenders and mandatories trash canned by the WBC to protect their sub-par investment is ridiculous. Don't care who wins between Fury and Wilder, force them to fight some in prime contenders instead of listening to them begging for and then refusing Joshua paydays.

The people who make the odds have Joshua 20-1 over Povetkin and Wilder even over Fury but the experts on this forum who havent noticed Deontays talent for years are telling me now that AJ vs Povetkin is the MEGA fight.

No one really cares about a fight between AJ and an old steroid cheat who hasn’t looked impressive since he has been busted.

Couple years back this would be a good fight now it’s a forgone conclusion, Parker vs Whyte and Wilder vs Ortiz and even Wilder vs Fury is way more intriguing match up wise.

In his last fight, Wilder went life and death with a 39-year-old with a heart condition and Fury has been 350-400 pound for the last 2 years and has only just fought 2 sparring partners. They are even because they are equally shaky. They also have a lot in common. Fury ran from and made every excuse in the world not to rematch Wlad, just as Wilder runs from and make every excuse not to fight anybody. It is evenly matched actually. I hope they can get similar pay per view numbers as Whyte vs Parker if they're lucky. Maybe this fight will give both of them the confidence to fight #1 contenders and mandatories.

Old man two time cheater Povetkin who was crushed by Wlad 5 years ago is the MEGA fight for AJ fans. You really have to go full ****** to be an AJ protecter these days.
