If we’re being serious, Charles could very well beat Tommy. The weak chin, lack of defense, and poor stamina gives him potential to lose to anyone at heavyweight
Joshua would run him over, he's better at everything (except the obvious left hook). Great weapon but let's be honest, numerous people have been able to get to Tommy despite his hook
If Tommy's chin was as bad as it's made out to be, he'd have been stopped 20 times. Martin has a punch, I'll give him that. But his record STILL (At 34) looks like that of a prospect.
No Ruiz would beat the **** outta Tommy. His chin allows him to hang in there long enough for Tommy to tire out and Tommy would be eating so many punches with his lack of defense. It’s an easy tko win for Ruiz
Oh his chin wasn’t that bad? Stopped in the first round after being dropped twice by bentt, dropped by purity, rocked by vaulin, almost stopped after being dropped twice by a shot Williams, KTFO by Mercer, and I lost count of how many times he was dropped vs Lewis
Never claimed it was good. Just saying if anyone with a punch would KO Morrison, he'd have been KO'd by everyone. When Charles Martin beats a top guy, I'll reconsider.
Yeah, I don't see this being a 55/45 fight or whatever some of you guys are saying. Joshua is leagues better than Morrison, who had a poor defense and as mentioned struggled to recover when hurt. He consistently got dropped by inferior fighters and when he squared off against world class guys, he could be easily outboxed. I will say that Ruddock was a very good win, but today's Joshua would not fight Morrison the way Ruddock did. A better question is Morrison vs Dillion Whyte. That's one you could argue either way. Not Joshua, tho.
I imagine Morrison would have zero defense for the hard straight lefts of a southpaw who is about the size of Lennox Lewis. See the Yuri Vaulin fight.
