I mentioned both fighters having no excuses, not just AJ.

AJ blamed his old team recently. Said they didn't tell him he was losing and he thought he was like Muhammad Ali in there :D

    Still though, no excuses eh?

The war has to have some impact on him. Lets see what happens. I think he gets AJ out of there quite early this time

I think a lot will depends on performance. if AJ batters Usyk from pillar to post from minute 1 people will start doubting the quality of the win. "usyk couldn't train", "he was disracted" etc etc. It's boxing's nature to makes excuses and deride poor performance. Fighters do it all the time.

I don't think many people will make excuses should Joshua loose. It will be clear he's not as good as first billed. A very good heavyweight, with good power and shot selection but with stamina and china issues and maybe he's chocked a few times under pressure of the big event.

IF AJ starts putting punches together and trying to beat Usyk up he could have a lead early but I don't see him having the gas tank to sustain it and then Usyk takes over and beats him again.

I think AJ can get to Usyk though and he cut and hurt him at some points in the first fight so it's intriguing what Joshua can add to his game to try and close the gap. I just Usyk is a bad style match up for. Speed is AJ's kryptonite.

But not for the people, only army, which will damage ukrainians more.

Wlad and his brother already said that one of the reason they let Usyk out of Ukraine, was money that he will give them.

Usyk being a hypocrite, nobody was forcing him to say anything about this war situation, about human rights, but he made his choice.

He also betrayed his own language, speaking with his team in russian,(which is the mother language for most of the ukrainians) but try to speak ukrainian(barely) in front of the camera for the fake image. (for media)

Very sad to see him like that.

The Martin to Povetkin run was his prime, and yes it wasn't really that impressive but that's really down to Joshua not being that good.

Usyk looks good. Focused and ready to knock AJ out. It’s good to know some of the money will go to the military of his country. Without the Ukranian military, the murderous war criminal Russians would make the Ukrainians their slaves while they looted their country. War Usyk!

AJ made some mad excuse earlier today where he decided that he was winning the first fight and then let Usyk hit him at the end of the fight because...i forget. But he was winning.

There will be excuses after this fight. Aj will make many.

I'm of the mindset that Usyk could eat nothing but Army Spam and stale bananas for six months and spar with no one besides baby kangaroos and still make AJ look like he was shlepping in quicksand in the rematch.
