The issue is multi faceted. Firstly Usyl is an ATG boxer just not at Heavy, it's a combination of both weight divisions. The issue can be broken down as such. The division lacks depth. A few of the top 5 have avoided anyone other than one other untested fighter, meaning there's little context. The only one of the top 3 who did try and unify has been mentally broken for the last few years.... Usyk was not a spring chicken when he entered the division, taking the above notes into account making it impossible to clear out the division
Absolutely my friend! These guys should be fighting more often & risking more difficult match ups: at least one of these things! The last thing we need though is long pointless series when there are so many other good contests that doing so would preclude or make less likely!
"Fury will son Wilder even faster in a 4th fight." Most were saying that before the 3rd Fury-Wilder fight. You may be right, even probably but boxing is unpredictable. Marquez got Pacquaio on the 4th attempt despite going 0-2-1 in their first three, just as Wilder did. "There's no reason for a 4th fight." There's no need for it per se but it would generate a massive amount of money for Fury (he'd get at least 70-30 this time) and there's still a fair amount of intrigue for the reasons I've laid out, especially as their previous fight was a classic war. If Joshua's team don't feel he's ready for Wilder then Fury 4 probably becomes the logical fight for team Wilder and the WBC.
AJ stops Usyk to the body if he attacks the body like Dubois, but maybe it’ll be counted a low blow again lol. AJ just needs to not be so conservative and throw to the body
