Then how did all these fighters seem to make it without pad work? It isn't how you learn how to fight. Pads don't hit back and it is mainly for show. Anyone can hold pads and let someone hit them that doesn't make you a trainer and it doesn't make you a fighter by hitting them.
Only watched a couple of mins but hes looking rapid. The 2 things that stood out to me in the past is his right hand not coming back up after throwing it which has gone on this video and maybe his footwork. Joshua doesnt need to load up in this fight,hes naturally a big puncher anyway. Cautious aggression is the key,dont lean in and be wary that its not a brezealle or martin hes fighting and hes good for the win. I can seriously see joshua steamrolling wlad but he just needs to realise which no doubt he will that wlad can end it all in a split second
