This fight has to be on American soil considering it's long history of great HW's and barrier breaking event from Jack Johnsons fight to overcome persecution to the first fight that earned both guys over 1 million in Ali/Frazier ! to George Foremans improbable kO of MM. not to mention the Tyson era and all the great moments Holyfield gave us. The least this country can do is pony up big money for our next great in Wilder so he can be showcased on boxing biggest stage.

We cannot turn our backs on him and let the guy go over there and get screwed by a slime bag like Hearn. American has always been the home of HW boxing.

Don't be a delusional dummy, dude's eyes went into the back of his head after receiving that vicious uppercut, like Dillian Whyte vs AJ. The ref saw his eyes and that was that, no need for a full 10 count. Plus Ortiz barely made it to his feet after the first official KD in the round so that's a factor too. I have seen that before like in Holyfield/Bowe III.

Now, Wilder/AJ needs to be in the US to maximize US money and exposure, the UK money is guaranteed but having it in the UK leaves US money on the table and that's not good business since some of you seem to care about that too much. I just want to see the fight, really could care less where it's at.

Joshua is the star name and the real champion. He calls the shots. If he says the fight is happening in the UK then it's in the U.K and Wilder needs to realise that if he's as serious about wanting it as he claims. If somewhere in the US puts up more money and he bites on it then fine, but he can't then complain if he's on the end of dodgy officiating.

100% wrong fool. That's what you get for quoting Fat Dan:

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/o...041/Ricky-Hatton-shatters-viewing-record.html

Hatton got 100% of the UK PPV and earned between 15 and 20 million POUNDS for the fight. Exchange rate back then was over 1.9. He earned way more than Floyd, he was the A side in every sense. He could have fought in a Manchester stadium but he chose to go to a 15,000 seat arena in Vegas as he made FAR MORE MONEY there.

The total Gate at Wembley for Joshua Klitschko was around £8mn for 90,000 tickets sold. I don't know what Floyd-Hatton did but I imagine it was in the same ballpark. Big difference is the casino paying you to use an arena over you paying for a Stadium. Hatton had way more than 15,000 brits show up and buy hotel rooms just to be around the event. THey took over Vegas and the casionos made millions. The fact you don't understand why Vegas has always been the true Mecca of boxing shows how utterly foolish you really are.

I never compared Wilder with Floyd or Pacquiao you utter fool. I compared the events May-Hatton and Pac-Hatton to the event Wilder-Joshua. The point you missed is that the massively popular foreign fighters came and fought in Vegas as they made much more money in the MGM Grand than they could at a Stadium at home. Stop fantasising about Hearn and start using your own brain.

The big money is in the US periodically.

The UK delivers big events more regularly than America.

HAHAHA now these AJ-Hearn b1tchboys see there is no financial argument for the fight being in the UK they're trying to say it's about Vegas officiating.

AJ had to be saved from Takam by the ref in his last fight. Takam was 100% good to continue, AJ was gassed and his own crowd were booing him and the decision.

The only reason AJ would lose millions to have the fight in the UK would be if he knows he's getting beat and needs all the help he can get. You all must think AJs a scared b1tch like you.

Nothing to do with fear, this is the man that fought for a title after 16 fights and Klitschko after 19.

Your missing fact AJ & Hearn will go where ever they will make more money. If they can make more in Vegas Hearn will be seeing $$$$$$$$ signs and take it there. If it cant beat the UK numbers they simply wont go. Hes a money hore, simple as that and will fully exploit his cash cow to the greatest effect.

The stoppage was correct. The so called "British stoppages" were as a result of the referee believing the fighter in trouble was about to get hurt. Some on here would like to see someone almost beaten to death before the fight is halted.

Edinburgh please. The fact I live there is incidental. We have a nice castle they could fight beside and whiskey to ease the pain of the loser (Wilder).

Only one of Wilder/Joshua has been saved by refs and poor scoring.

    Deontay.

If Joshua and Wilder can build upon their trans-Atlantic profiles by beating Miller and Whyte respectively then I think the Vegas gate, combined with it likely being PPV in both countries would make a fair whack more money.

As it stands though Wilder has no interest in Whyte and seems to want the fight immediately, in that case it makes more money in the UK where you're pretty much guaranteed 90k bums on seats and 1.5M+ PPV buys.

AJ aint scared of nobody. I said his fans must think he's as scared as they are to think he'd leave money on the table in the US to have the fight in the UK.
