    Wilder wouldn't fight AJ......

I'd have to go with AJ on this. Wilder has a punchers chance but I think he would struggle to land it most of the time.

Wilder can take punishment more than AJ can. He showed that in the Fury trilogy fight.

AJ will probably put a beating on Wilder for a few rounds, before Deontay lands one of those shockwaves like we saw in the third Fury fight in that 4th round and AJ will be done. AJ doesn't recover like Fury, so once he's hurt someone like Wilder can finish the job.

I'll go Wilder KO even though I think AJ is the better heavyweight overall. Wilder always lands something big in every fight, and this one is no different.

The winner would be redeemed. I will go with Wilder.

I think Wilder cleans his clock early. But really it’s whoever lands first. I just think Wilder will come out swinging and AJ will be nervous of his power

The new gun shy Joshua, Wilder might well land something and knock him out. The old seek and destroy Joshua I would back to get Wilder out of there early. Pick 'em fight really, whoever lands first at this stage.

AJ struggles with accumulation, something Wilder's not known for aside from the windmilling - he's never been knocked out cold.

Could go either way, but AJ is clearly levels above anyone Wilder's beaten... And Wilder has ducked both AJ and several fighters who've been beaten by him.

I'm not sure I'd be betting on it, but I can only favour Joshua of the two.

The first part of your response was right on. While I'm no Wilder fan, the guy can take a sustained beating. Wilder has a good beard. He can stay on his feet longer then AJ I feel. AJ gets tagged by a heavy Wilder shot and AJ is on skates immediately.
