AJ will be grateful for this defeat- a step towards true humility. Now get a new trainer

I have always commented that AJ played the Mr Humble card too much, almost begging for a humbling. As with false modesty, false humility screams for justice. I cannot see the mans heart but always felt he wasn't being true to himself. This loss is a blessing in disguise. A chance to find his true self and come back stronger. Just my opinion

First step, get a new trainer. Rob McKracken was far too basic with his advice, like Paulie M said. Boxing has moved on since even the Froch days. And he struggles to keep AJ in his box. AJ needs someone to add layers to his work and a trainer who has worked with the best. Get Garcia or Davison.
